The ADHA represents the needs of registered dental hygienists, dental hygiene students, and the greater oral care community through leadership, education, advocacy, and the value of belonging to a professional organization. Our Member Engagement team is an integral part of ADHA's success, and we are searching for the right person to help support and engage with our members, students, and partners.
Coordinate the new member welcome marketing campaign and retention activities; manage telemarketing campaign.
Coordinate, monitor and assess affinity program partners and work with the marketing team on corresponding marketing activities; identify new strategies and opportunities.
Support member engagement marketing strategies and plans, including creating content for electronic newsletters, emails, presentations, social media, and other marketing projects as assigned.
State Association Support
Provide support to volunteer leaders, and coordinate and distribute resources, communications and social media strategies and key information.
Manage online volunteer leader resource center, provide content for marketing emails and communications, and manage volunteer leader social media groups.
Work with state leaders to cultivate and manage our nationwide prospect list to use for marketing efforts.
Serve as the primary staff contact for the Constituent Advisory Committee and assigned specials committees, including minutes, development of annual reports and action item follow-up. Coordinate state meetings as needed.
Student and New Professional Engagement
Provide support to students and faculty on issues related to student membership and student chapters, coordinate communication strategy and content.
Coordinate student chapter activities, including marketing for student proud week, awards, social media groups and assist with marketing efforts.
Assist in managing student delegate program, as well as student and new professional education programming at the annual conference including scripts, presentations, and content.
Assist with the implementation of ADHA's strategic and annual operating plans.
Support ADHA's marketing and strategic communication efforts.
Support the execution of assigned corporate sponsored programs and ensure that all programs are implemented to meet the program objectives.
1-3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or association experience. Membership, student relations, or chapter relations preferred.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills required along with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Strong knowledge and experience with email marketing platforms, creating communications and social media content and presentations.
Proactive, detail oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience working with an Association Management System (AMS) a plus.
