Our foundation--the IREM Foundation--is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity that is exclusively supported through donations from IREM members. Our foundation provides access to education and resources that assist those in the real estate management profession.
Join our team
We are looking for the right candidate to join us in a dynamic dual role--Customer Experience Specialist & Foundation Coordinator. In this full-time role, you’ll share your talents with both our customer experience team and our foundation team.
As a member of our customer experience team, you will:
Showcase your knowledge of our products and services to better support our customers and their needs.
Answer inquiries related to membership dues, payments, and purchases; certification status, product questions, and more.
Update client records in our association management system.
Serve as a main point of contact for inquiries related to the IREM learning management system. You’ll be front and center with troubleshooting, responding to course access issues, and handling course extensions, registrations, cancelations, and transfers.
As a member of our foundation team, you will:
Process scholarship applications and course registrations as well as query and run reports.
Answer inquiries regarding scholarship and grant information.
Support the scholarship and grant committee.
Assist in scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and compiling reports.
Maintain volunteer information in our database and board support software platform.
Assist with content creation for program related donor communications.

Let your skills shine
We are looking for self-starters who are organized, take enormous pride in a job well done, and go above and beyond to support others. We’d like you to have an Associates degree or at least two years of experience working in an office environment where you honed your communication, organizational, and data entry skills. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role in a non profit is a definite plus. If you possess a customer-centric mindset and thrive in a team environment, then consider applying for this role.
