Minimum of 5 to 7 years supervisory experience of the overall daily operations of a public water system is essential, including knowledge of the inner workings of a water system. AA/AS or BA/BS desirable with major work in civil or mechanical engineering, public administration, or related field; or a combination of training, experience, and skills required to perform job. Minimum class ƒ??Cƒ? Water Operator License (ƒ??Aƒ? preferred) issued by the TCEQ; or ability to obtain within an agreed time frame. Compensation ranges from $70,000.00 to $90,000 (negotiable) annually, DOQ. Bethesda offers a competitive benefits package. The Bethesda Water Supply Corporation is seeking to fill the position of Operations Superintendent that oversees the operations, maintenance, and construction activities of the Corporation. The selected candidate shall have skills necessary to proactively contribute to the success of the Corporation. This is an upper management position that reports directly to the General Manager.
