Downtown professional business association seeks Administrative Coordinator.
Using knowledge and workplace experience with data entry, MS-Office, time and project management and professional business conduct, the Administrative Coordinator maintains the association management system, is responsible for corresponding accounting entries and generating system reports.
The Administrative Coordinator will perform the following job functions (including but not limited to):
Enter membership profile updates and financial payments (checks, cash, credit card) and information into database
Processes any check and cash payments
Runs reports for supervisor and Executive Director
#2 for answering incoming calls
Assist with event coordination
and other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High School diploma (required)
1-2 years office experience (required)
1-2 years data entry (preferred)
Accounting experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
This is a non-exempt full-time position, 40 hours a week, non-remote. May include nights, weekends and holidays as required. Comprehensive benefits including medical, life, AD&D, retirement, paid parking and generous PTO. Starting compensation $15-$16/hr, depending on experience. Final candidates are subject to a background check.
