The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to join our team. The Lead reports to the Chief Financial Officer, supports and facilitates the collaboration of a new Risk Team, and champions the development and training of risk assessment and risk management activities that support WMF’s mission.

Implementing risk assessment threat modeling exercises, identifying the proper controls are being maintained and the control activities are being effective in reducing inherent risk
Championing awareness and understanding of the key concepts in Enterprise Risk Management, such as key risk indicators, risk appetite, and risk-aware decision-making, and help leaders and teams apply these concepts in their day-to-day work
