The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) seeks high energy, service oriented applicants for the position of Learning Coordinator in our Learning Department. The position is responsible for providing assistance to the learning curriculum staff in all administration of conferences and accounting show.
Administration of all conferences: word processing, preparing correspondence, preparing all conference materials, maintain conference tracker, sending speaker confirmation letters, collecting speaker presentations and biographies, updating any changes to conference materials. Initiate the development of all conferences materials including but not limited to evaluations, attendance verification's, name badges etc.
Compile content for conference brochures, accounting show brochures, website, and manuals including obtaining copyright permission from managers.
Prepares conference closeout materials for shipment to conference site including all necessary on site information for each participant,, speaker and committee member; a class roster; and any extra material needed by the on-site manager for use at the conference.
***This position will physically work in an office environment. All candidates must reside in the Orlando/metro area to be considered.***
Required Experience and Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Minimum of 4 years working in a professional office environment.
Knowledge of databases and/or CRM software.
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships throughout the company.
Ability to work cohesively with a team while providing proactive leadership skills.
Communicate effectively verbally and in all forms of written communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
