Essential Functions: Teach a 4-4 course load including but not limited to Arts Administration. Work with a team of faculty, professional staff and students to develop and implement innovative programming and communications plans that advance the profile of the Maggie Allesee Department of Theatre and Dance including: partnering with multiple stakeholders to contribute to the development of the production season; marketing of events; planning special events; coordination of recruitment; and collaboration with the James Pearson Duffy Department Art and Art History, as well as the departments of Music and Communication to market and promote events across the College. Participate on university, college, and departmental committees; and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: The College seeks candidates with a terminal degree in a relevant discipline, college teaching experience, and significant professional experience in arts programming and audience engagement in educational and nonprofit sectors.
