As the Conference and Member Events Associate you are part of our Member Services department and your passion for providing exceptional customer service will contribute the experience our members have come to expect—in person and virtually. We have learned over the past year that sometimes things don’t go as planned so your ability to adapt to change will be very important. With a small staff of about 20 people, your willingness to jump in and help other team members is crucial. Being an experienced meeting planner, planning several events at a time is not an issue due to your stellar organizational skills. Whether it be dealing with issues at an event venue or trouble shooting a website issue over the phone, your patience and problem-solving skills will come into play regularly. Being the owner of conferences and events, you will communicate information, share ideas, and offer feedback to others on staff. At the Indiana CPA Society you will be part of a hard-working team who also likes to have fun. And, you will have access to many awesome benefits like health insurance, 401(k), summer and holiday hours to name a few.
