The University of Tennessee Foundation, Office of Advancement is seeking a Talent and Diversity Manager on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations, the Talent and Diversity Manager develops new programs and supports current activities in the area of Talent Management related to diversity, job searches, career mapping, recruitment, onboarding, and utilizing student interns for the Office of Advancement. The goal is to enhance our efforts in these areas to maximize our ability to hire and retain a talented workforce. Additionally, this position will serve as the division's main liaison with the Office of Diversity and Engagement in regards to diversity related initiatives. They will ensure that we are focused on executing our current diversity action plan and work to enhance our current culture where everyone matters and belongs. This position will help us maintain a focus on increasing our diversity population among our staff at all levels. Two new programs will be developed and implemented by this position. First, this position will build an extended onboarding program that complements our current program administered by UTFI. Second, this position will build an intern program that will help us better utilize current students to help us meet our division wide goals. Also, we aim to develop a better overall, cohort type of program that interns will see as an attractive option on campus.
