A key member of the Advancement Services team the Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the overall implementation, management, operation and support of the office of Advancement's Raiser's Edge CRM and related platforms. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of constituent data within and related to the database. The DBA is responsible for assigning, technical support, and administration of user accounts; performing and managing data entry; and ensuring the database and integrations effectively capture constituent information and generate accurate financial and analytical reports. Responsible for the maintenance and administration of the database to ensure efficient internal systems, accurate database entry and reports, and ensures quality control of biographical, demographic and gift information and the management of that information.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field.
A minimum of five years of professional work experience preferably in higher education or nonprofit.
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience with Raiser's Edge software applications as well as SQL Server.
Experience using Raiser's Edge or other fundraising software and reporting software preferred.
Demonstrated experience creating automated integration jobs and processes using API and/or other ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, R, Python, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in organizing, maintaining, managing and troubleshooting data to meet business requirements.
