Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management will partner with gift officers to manage prospects effectively by developing fundraising strategies that move prospects through the fundraising cycle and ensure optimal distribution of prospective donors to fundraiser portfolios. The senior associate director will be assigned to one or more schools or programs with complex advancement organizations. The senior associate director will manage, coach and mentor two to three Prospect Management Consultants. The senior associate director provides critical support in management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data; advises gift officers and other staff on prospect management best practices and procedures; and focuses on application of insight to prospect, portfolio, and pipeline management.
