What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented individual responsible for managing and administering services and programs for the Association of Program Directors in Radiology (APDR) and the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments (SCARD). ADPR activities include an annual meeting, awards program, an annual grant, and membership survey. SCARD activities include a fall meeting, the LEAD program, and a consulting service.

What you'll do:

• Implement operational activities of assigned societies and participate in department-wide initiatives
• Manage development and implementation of assigned society programs in conjunction with volunteer leadership. Facilitate required documentation for CME compliance from volunteers and sponsors
• Maintain and monitor SCARD and APDR timelines
• Serve as primary staff liaison for SCARD and select APDR committees. Prepare agendas and supporting materials in cooperation with volunteer leaders; staff conference call and face-to-face meetings as assigned; and prepare minutes
• Assist in preparation for SCARD and APDR Board of Directors meetings by developing agenda items and supporting materials. Attend meeting and prepare minutes
• Coordinate committee appointment process for assigned societies
• Prepare e-blast messages for affinity groups 
• Provide updates for ADPR and SCARD websites to ensure they are current
• Staff assigned functions at the RSNA Annual Meeting, the AUR Annual Meeting and SCARD Fall meeting
