OFFICER, STRATEGIC AND PARTNER PROGRAMS , Solve , to play a key role in managing and supporting Solve's custom open innovation Partner Challenge offerings. Will manage key relationships with external clients and oversee various Solve events and workshops. Responsibilities include acting as primary point of contact for external clients and managing client programs related to custom Partner Challenges; handling correspondence with clients to engage them with Solve and its community; researching and developing relationships with potential clients who would be interested in running open innovation challenges and contributing to Solve's revenue generation by converting them into Strategic & Partner Programs clients; providing proposal development and contract negotiation support; working with other Solve teams on planning and executing projects/events that bring together clients and Solve's community in-person and virtually; facilitating human-centered design thinking workshops and other Solve activities in-person and virtually; promoting new and existing custom Partner Challenges across the Solve community and beyond; supporting backend management of Solve's open innovation platform; maintaining Salesforce database records, including creating reports, inputting data, and data cleaning; and supporting other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; at least three years' experience, including at least one managing relationships and partnerships; and strong organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and planning work efficiently in order to meet deadlines; work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs; and remain flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. PREFERRED : master's degree in an area relevant to Solve's work, experience in a social and/or environmental impact organization, experience in sales or nonprofit development, and project management training/experience.
