STATUS: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Database and Donor Relations Coordinator works closely with the Assistant Director of Database and Donor Relations to provide the administrative, technical and database management support for the department of Institutional Advancement with emphasis on accurate and timely record keeping, data input and extraction, acknowledgement letters and special events.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office and college campus environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
