DUTIES: The successful candidate will be involved in planning, implementing, marketing, and coordinating a statewide online certificate program for clinicians in post-acute and long-term care. Other duties may include website/mobile app coordination, social media, and the use of technology; marketing and public relations; general administrative services, proof reading, and clerical duties. Experience with continuing medical/health care education, newsletter page layout, and sales experience a plus but not required! We will provide the training. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be the chief customer service point of contact * Manage and maintain an online, virtual platform The person who fills this position will work closely with the executive director. Must be able to handle all requests, both internal and external, efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Must be able to prioritize and organize workflow so all deadlines are met.
