This position helps to ensure compliance with appropriate Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) guidelines for planning, organization, and evaluation of accredited educational activities. What you'll do: - Coordinate and implement CME compliance and documentation processes for all CME approved activities
- Manage online CME online application process to ensure CME activities are in compliance with ACCME and RSNA policies
- Track critical educational files, credit letters, contracts, planning documents, and evaluations for educational activities. Update and maintain CME databases to meet accreditation requirements.
- Regularly monitor and review CME approved promotional materials in compliance with RSNA and ACCME guidelines. Aggregate and review evaluation data; addresses any concerns noted.
- Work to ensure and document compliance with the ACCME and AMA criteria for CME activities
- Assist with preparation of the ACCME PARS report
- Develop excellent working knowledge of the society’s CME repository and CME Gateway. Assist with member inquiries about these systems.
- Support the society’s ACCME reaccreditation process
- Build effective relationships with RSNA departments to ensure successful implementation of CME activities
What you'll need: - 1-2 years experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in a health-related organization
- Working knowledge of the AMA Physicians Recognition Award and credit system and ACCME accreditation criteria
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and have an exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in and comfort with team-oriented approach to project management
- Knowledge and interest in adult education theory for the planning and programming of educational activities
- Willingness to work offsite and occasional weekends
- Willingness to travel occasionally
