About the Opportunity: Keene State College's Advancement Services office is seeking a highly productive, self-motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as an Advancement Services Assistant. This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week position with a starting salary of $15.49 per hour, commensurate with education and experience, complemented by a generous benefits package. This position is part of the KSC Administrative Staff Association (KSCASA). Under the supervision of the Manager of Advancement Services, the Advancement Services Assistant will carry out all aspects of processing gift revenue, including precise data entry; maintain/update constituent demographic information; record, support and report on event registrations; and train and supervise, assign and verify work of student workers. Responsibilities include: providing recordkeeping of all gifts including, but not limited to, donations, event registrations, phonathon, pledges, and crowdfunding; processing and editing personalized acknowledgment letters and receipts; updating donors' demographic information; batching gifts and daily electronic deposits; assisting in providing various monthly reconciliations; and collaborating with internal and external constituents while maintaining appropriate confidentiality of sensitive information.
