The Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard (LISH) is looking for an energetic Research Associate (RA) to drive research activities through the coordination of selected projects. This hybrid position has both research and project coordination components. The ideal candidate will be familiar with social science research. The nature of this position will entail interacting heavily with faculty and associates from various schools at the university, including Harvard Business School and external partners.
The lab conducts interdisciplinary research that focuses on the
Bachelor's degree required, open to any field.
Two years' experience in nonprofit or university setting. Familiarity with Stata, R, or other statistical analysis software. Familiarity with research protocols and survey design.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Keen ability to understand and present complex findings to general audiences. Willingness to problem solve and open to learning new skills as required.
