We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. The chosen candidate will be a part of a high performance, mission driven, HRIS team responsible for support of Workday and other Human Resource/payroll systems. Responsibilities - Design and support configurations in Workday includingtestingand validationofbusiness processes, workflows, notifications and other system objects
- Develop and maintain reports, workforce analytics and executive summaries comprised of business metrics including, turnover, staffing, payrollas required utilizing HR systems, Excel, Tableau and other applications to analyze and logically present data
- Leads or assists in project management for HRIS projects which can include defining project vision, managing resources, scheduling meetings, creating project plans with key milestones, tasks and resources
- Contributes to requirements gathering and communicating with the development and business teams
- Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Assist others in understanding the flow of information/processes and data through systems
- Provides exceptional customer service to users of all levels to ensure timely and efficient responses, resolution of issues and solutions to problems.
- Maintain data integrity in current system by running queries to validate interfaces
- Support major Workday releases by researching new functionality, testing, implementation and assist with change management plan
- Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities to improve processes
- Analyze and document business processes, fit-gap analysis, inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design
- Develop, document and maintain functional documents in support of the Workday modules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Bachelors degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related functional field), or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience implementing and supporting complex HR and/or payroll systems such as Workday Cloud HCM, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Cornerstone,Kronos, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Experience designing, configuring and testing complex reports
- Solid project management skills along with strong attention to detail
- Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate effective working relationships
- Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities
- Proven record of negotiating delivery commitments and meeting expectations
- Ability to successfully partner with vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team environment where teams are sometimes located remotely
- Experience with change management methods and programs a plus
- Ability to provide guidance to consumers on interpreting HR data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Workday and Peoplesoft knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience with WorkdayEIB,Integrations and Studio
- Experience integrating systems with third-party vendors
- Experiencedesigning and creating common integration solutions
- Experience with SQLand Tableau report creation
