EVENTS COORDINATOR , Resource Development , to plan, implement, and evaluate internal staff events as well as cultivation, recognition, and stewardship events for donors and prospective donors to the Institute. Will be responsible for developing strategic plans for both in-person and virtual events as well as the tactical and logistical details such as individual event budgets, collateral, venues, catering, audio visual, transportation, hotel room blocks, police details, etc. The position involves the management, from conceptualization through evaluation, of a wide variety of events from small intimate donor dinners to larger staff events. The work will involve interacting with senior officers, faculty, and major donors and prospects and collaborating with a wide range of Resource Development staff, vendors, and service providers.
