The Quality Business Partner is a key member of the Quality department, responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of quality improvement projects in Housing, Employment, and Administration to increase efficiency, effectiveness, equity, safety, client-centeredness, and timeliness.
• In partnership with leaders, define priorities for improvement.
• Generating deliverables with a high degree of independence, demonstrating initiative and exercising professional judgment.
• Managing a framework and process for assuring visibility, accountability, and improvement in Housing, Employment, and Administration.
• Working closely with other members of the Quality department, organizational leadership, program leaders and teams, and other enabling services departments to assure and improve quality across the organization.

You will have an opportunity to lead and contribute to unique projects in this role including:

• Housing quality improvement projects that directly impact Portland’s homeless community through increasing access to and retention of housing.
• Employment quality improvement projects that improve clients’ ability to find and retain jobs.
• Administration improvement projects that maximize the valuable contributions of CCC’s enabling services teams.
