The Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) in the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS) at Miami University seeks an Assistant Director for Employer Relations. This position works collaboratively to effectively deliver comprehensive employer development and engagement services. The position will spearhead employer relations efforts for the following Career Clusters: 1) Arts, Communication, Media & Design 2) Education, Nonprofit, & Human Services and 3) Law and Government. Maintains current employer relationships and works actively to promote the recruitment of Miami University students through direct contact with employers. Works collaboratively with the CCES career advising team to engage employers in educational programming and recruiting events. Coordinates outreach efforts with University offices such as Advancement, Admission, and the Alumni Association as needed. As a member of the CCES Employer Relations Team, cultivate and steward sponsorships for existing events and programs.
