The Fred Hutch Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center (IIRC) seeks qualified candidates for its two-year Immunotherapy Physician Scientist Program. A successful applicant will be an MD or MD/PhD who is committed to pioneering major advances in medical practice through research. Applicants should be interested in an aspect of immuno-oncology relevant to the IIRC, as well as the development of therapies that modulate the immune system. Immunotherapy Physician Scientists will advance their academic careers by performing immuno-oncology research with access to state-of-the-art facilities and working with expert faculty mentors who are members in the Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center. However, the Physician Scientist is strongly encouraged to work with their mentor to apply for outside funding during their first year.
