Maintain and participate in financial forecasting processes, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Prepare analysis of financial data for senior management decision support
Develop and maintain financial and management reporting for regular leadership reviews and board review.
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and contribute to recommendations for improvements
Maintain and support processes related to company allocation tables and methodologies
Work closely with and provide back-up to all other areas of the accounting and finance team
Participate in and support pricing strategy decisions with relevant data and analysis
Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, software, and other tools to create efficiency, improve accuracy, elevate reporting, and enhance productivity of all accounting and finance functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (SQL, Business Objects)
3-5 years of business finance or other relevant experience
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Excel formulas and functions
BA, BS degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
Familiarity with FP&A strategies and practices
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Good business acumen
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication
Proven work experience in a financial analysis role
CMA or CPA designation a plus
Experience or familiarity with non-profit accounting and finance
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of management
