DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT II , Resource Development-Office of Philanthropic Partnerships (OPP) , to provide the Office of Philanthropic Partnerships (OPP) with high-level administrative and event database support. Will provide complex administrative and logistical support for philanthropic directors and/or advisors, including calendar and travel management, complex itinerary and meeting preparation, expense processing, and documenting donor activity; maintain the accuracy and integrity of multiple databases, collecting and analyzing data and assisting with the operations of key events; collaborate with other OPP staff members and deal with multiple campus constituencies to coordinate and complete OPP projects and tasks; and be responsible for other administrative tasks related to building and maintaining a successful fund-raising program to achieve OPP goals.
