A major statewide nonprofit organization seeks a dynamic individual to serve as controller and to oversee all administrative functions. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant capable of producing regular financial statements for multiple entities and to oversee all other finance functions. The candidate also will be chiefly responsible for all administrative functions including human resources, and will oversee staff members and contractors. At least seven years experience in an accounting role is required and direct management experience is preferred. This job is based in Salem, Oregon. The employer is open to an arrangement that includes remote work part of the time.
