About the Job • Understand and drive multiple projects through their product life-cycle phases to successful completion • Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to make informed decisions, provide recommendations to senior leadership • Develop and integrate cross-functional processes to streamline and simplify operations • Develop and own project scorecards and key performance indicators and facilitate team activities to meet those KPIs. • Mentor, guide, and direct the project work of other project resources. • Demonstrate business expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets and capabilities • Contribute to end to end growth strategy for the wholesale business, effectively prioritizing multiple opportunities and making sound priority judgments in the face of overwhelming choice – taking note of the resource implications of all such decisions and showing a clear path to delivering outstanding new business growth. • Clearly demonstrating the P&L benefits of developing each opportunity, executing at scale and with deep understanding of the business models and success criteria • Develop and own long term sales forecasts and exceed those expectations. • Turn raw concepts into compelling business plans and operations • Managing those operations ongoing beyond launch phase, and implementing periodic business reviews such that plans stay on track, or course correction is effectively managed as and when required. Effectively resolving at root cause any day to day operational and financial issues. • Coordinating, facilitating and motivating cross functional resources for the purposes of delivery of the plan • Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate operations back into the organization

7+ years’ of Program Management managing multiple projects and tools at the same time.
Significant experience in a senior leadership role in Finance, Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, Project Management or other related fields
Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
Experience leading the development of global strategies
Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
