Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) is seeking a qualified candidate for their Accounting Manager position. This individual reports to the Director of Finance and performs financial duties needed to administer a $6 million annual budget and those of its affiliated organizations. The position is responsible for maintaining general ledgers and handles all aspects of accounts receivables and payables.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office products, QuickBooks, or another accounting software, and prior experience with membership databases is a plus. The ideal candidate must be an analytical thinker, handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
