1) Manage internship and externship programs to support up to 100 internships and externships per year for graduate students from multiple academic disciplines 2) Build and maintain relationships with employers and alumni across professional sectors 3) Increase employer and alumni presence on campus including career fairs, conferences and info sessions 4)Â Form new relationships with high-priority employers, with an emphasis on those that hire students who have received doctoral training in humanities and social sciences 5)Â Facilitate employer site visits for students including treks (in-person and/or virtual) 6)Â Expand opportunities for students to gain experience in higher education administration through on-campus partnerships, building on the Higher Education Administration credential program 7)Â Create innovative new formats for student-employer interaction that go beyond traditional models and set a clear distinction between UChicago and its peer institutions 8)Â Improve recent alumni tracking and communication to build sustained hiring pipelines 9)Â Increase use of internal job board(s) by employers and students

1) Bachelorâ™s degree, advanced degree.
Experience 1) 2-4 years of experience employer relations and/or recruiting 2) 1-2 years of experience managing internship/externship/co-op programs
