KEES partners specifically with nonprofit organizations to provide an array of executive search, leadership development, interim staffing, and human resources support.
KEES seeks an organized and responsive professional Administrative Assistant with a commitment to the nonprofit and public sectors who can multi-task and advance multiple project priorities simultaneously and engage with multiple stakeholders daily.
The role of Administrative Assistant supports the administrative and operational needs of the firm in terms of providing operational efficiency, general administrative support, and completing independent projects as assigned. A flexible, approachable, positive, and energetic individual will support calendar coordination, data acquisition via online research, and data management. Additionally, the role supports the administrative and operational needs of the executive leadership team in terms of scheduling, meeting coordination (i.e. phone, video, in-person), travel arrangements, and expense documentation/management.
Offering a flexible work environment, KEES is a virtual company. All employees work remotely, and equipment is provided for all full-time roles. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; specific schedule needs can be discussed. Candidate must reside in the Chicagoland area with ease of access to city and suburban locations; southwest or western suburban location is preferred to facilitate in-person meetings with firm leadership, who reside in Naperville.

Ability to triage work priorities and meet deadlines.
Adept at managing several projects, requests, and competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent critical thinking and listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documents effectively and efficiently, such as letters, emails, reports, materials, etc. Proficiency in business writing is required, and skill testing may be administered.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Skill testing may be administered. Knowledge of online meeting systems (i.e. WebEx or Microsoft TEAMS) is helpful.
Knowledge of CRM (Zoho preferred), online databases, and social media platforms.
An office set up that allows for privacy and a professional presentation when conducting online meetings. Equipment will be provided.
Valid driver’s license and ability to get to meetings that may not be on public transportation routes.
