Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to provide palliative care as part of our Palliative Care team—joining another physician, APRNs, and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). The work takes place at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Palliative Care discipline, tracking towards leading the team. This position makes use of seasoning and wisdom, with a patient-centered focus. Our practice model empowers team members to work at their highest level and to continue professional development and family life. Here you will be part of an exceptional team providing pain and symptom management, as well as psychosocial support, to patients and families facing life-threatening illnesses and addressing goals of care. You will have a large role in educating medical and nursing staff. You should have training in palliative care, outpatient palliative care or hospice services.
