Basic Function: Responsible for management of daily office operations including the recommendation and monitoring of Corporate Relation’s goals and the development of workflow solutions to improve processes. Develops and maintains relationships with THA Endorsed Partners to include but not limited to managing prospective partners through the engagement process, contributing to the due diligence of prospective partners; managing the orientation of new partners and their sales teams; and serving as the liaison for partners to THA’s Team. Contributes significantly to strategic marketing and promotion efforts such as development of messaging, tactics, timelines, and fulfillment of Endorsed Partner benefits.
Implement, monitor and maintain day to day operations working with the Corporate Relations and Member Outreach teams to plan, organize and coordinate the promotional activities and business development ventures. Serve as main contact for Regional Ambassadors and assist them in field activities.
Responsible for working closely with the Member Outreach team on the day-to-day research and development efforts.
Responsible for marketing support activities to include collaborating with the Strategic Communications team to launch strategic marketing plans supporting THA Endorsed Partners developing and maintaining high-quality service relationship with THA Endorsed Partners and collaborate/coordinate with THA Endorsed Partners in support of their sales efforts. Contribute to the due diligence efforts that the Corporate Relations team undertakes on assessing Endorsed Partners and new ventures including conducting research and analysis.

Excellent customer service skills. Must be a self-starter, flexible, able to plan work that requires evaluating facts to determine courses of action and able to anticipate the needs of future projects. Demonstrated verbal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be a team player and take a leadership role. Advanced understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and perform resource allocation. Ability to multitask and think beyond duties at hand. Self-starter and innovative thinker. Mature, respected demeanor inspiring confidence and trust in boards, customers, members and vendors.
Requires a solid understanding of a healthcare in Texas. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Knowledge of basic financial analysis and research. Five to ten years’ experience in healthcare marketing and/or business development. Must have valid Texas Drivers’ License and proof of insurance if conducting business for THA.
