POSITION: Full-time, tenure-track Business Faculty beginning August 2020 in the Howard and Beverly Dayton School of Business (DSB) Asbury University.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidates will be expected to teach 24 credit hours in an academic year of graduate and undergraduate courses in both online and face-to-face modalities. Courses will typically be affiliated with disciplines in one or more of the following areas: business administration, sport management, accounting, finance, and nonprofit management pedagogy. Candidates will be expected to work closely with the Dean, and collaboratively with colleagues; conduct research and scholarly activities in area of expertise; and, serve on university, school and program committees.
SCHOOL OF BUSINESS INFORMATION: The Dayton School of Business has over 200 students in undergraduate and graduate programs. The School of Business houses programs in accounting/finance, marketing, management, sport management, economics, and nonprofit management. Degrees are offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. There is a strong emphasis on social and commercial entrepreneurship.
ACADEMIC RANK: Academic rank at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level commensurate with experience. Salary and benefits are competitive with comparable institutions.
