Wyman is seeking a mission driven, energetic, and strategic individual for the position of Senior Director of Finance & Administration. The Senior Director will have a successful track record of leadership, team work, and producing results. They will provide direction, accountability and strategic positioning of the support functions of Wyman, including finance and accounting, business administration and compliance, technology, and risk management. As an agency leader, this individual will forward our mission through strategic and value-aligned performance with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Mission success depends on strong infrastructure and financial strength. The Senior Director of Finance & Administration will ensure that Wyman’s infrastructure meets mission needs, agency goals, and prepares Wyman for a successful and sustainable future. This role oversees the organization’s budget and financial management, and advises the CEO and department leaders on financial planning, investment priorities, and fiscal policy. The Senior Director will utilize strategic and data analysis to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate organizational risk. They will proactively bring their analysis to the CEO, Board, and leadership with regard to organizational and departmental leading indicators, areas of opportunity and concern, trends, and best practices in the field.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of strategic business and/or finance management experience, including at least 2-4 years of supervisory experience. Non-profit experience is desirable and comparable experience may be considered.
