Serves as the technical resource for the Division with regard to job analysis and compensation program administration. Administers the day-to-day operations of the Division’s compensation program in accordance with established practices. Serves as a resource to management in developing/revising job descriptions and when hiring, reclassifying or promoting employees by providing information on established pay practices. Maintains the Job & Position Setup and Work Assignments in Ceridian DayForce and audits the same to ensure accuracy. Administers the day-to-day administration of performance evaluations in the Performance Module.Provides technical support for the annual performance and pay review process as scheduled.
