Morey Group, a division of The Lukens Company, is a national market research and consulting firm that is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in our Charleston, SC office. Our clients range from zoos and aquariums to museums and cultural attractions, each of which uses our research to make informed decisions. The Account Manager will play a key role within our client services team and carries out the day-to-day management of Morey Group's Visitor Survey Programs and other research and benchmark studies for assigned clients and projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Serving as day-to-day contact for assigned Visitor Survey clients, including survey design and revisions, interviewing scheduling, billing, reporting, analysis, and proofing.
Managing data collection efforts (in-person and electronic) and data import.
Managing Benchmark data for Visitor Surveys and Member Surveys.
Assisting in preparation and proofing of reports and proposals.
Providing office administrative support related to logistics, office supplies, answering phone and redirecting callers as needed, and other.
WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE
Strong client-service orientation, time management skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task
Strong quantitative skills, including a high level of fluency with Microsoft Excel (SPSS knowledge a plus!)
Willingness to learn and develop a solid understanding both of market research as it relates to cultural, educational, not-for-profit, and political organizations and of Morey Group processes in client service, survey design, data collection, data manipulation, reporting procedures and results analysis
Good team player; comfortable and flexible with shifting priorities
