Graduate of an accredited nursing program; minimum BSN
Master’s or MSN Degree required for VP level.
Licensed Registered Nurse
Expert clinical knowledge of surgical service procedures and operations
3 - 17 years of nursing experience; determined by position level.
1 - 10 years of progressive nurse leadership experience; determined by position level.
Comprehensive knowledge of effective nursing operations, regulations and guidelines.
