Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) is a nonprofit organization that develops affordable housing and provides services that empower individuals and families to secure and retain quality housing. The Rental Housing Coordinator is responsible for administering CPAH’s Rental Housing Support Program, overseeing the Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund, managing waiting lists for rental housing programs, and providing administrative support for the Real Estate Department.
Administer the Rental Housing Support Program including recruiting landlords to participate in the program, processing tenant applications, eligibility determination, annual income recertifications, processing and reconciling payments and managing program compliance.
Administer the Landlord Risk Mitigation Fund including enrolling landlords into the program, verifying tenant eligibility, and processing Landlord claims for damages or vacancy loss.
Manage rental housing waitlists for the Rental Housing Support program, inclusionary housing programs, and CPAH-owned rental units.
Provide administrative support for the Real Estate Department.
Scheduling & Compensation
CPAH’s standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Competitive salary with excellent benefits. Starting salary range: $35,000 - $38,000.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of rental housing, property management and waitlist management
Strong financial acumen
Familiarity with fair housing requirements
Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, organized and accurate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Must possess a passion for CPAH’s mission
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
