Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) is a nonprofit organization that develops affordable housing and provides services that empower individuals and families to secure and retain quality housing. The Director of Operations is a new position that will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administration, grant management, reporting, compliance, client satisfaction, social media and assisting the President with financial management.
Oversee day-to-day administration to ensure efficient operations of the organization
Manage grants, compliance and reporting for local, state and federal housing programs
Manage internal reporting systems and collaborate with senior staff in the development of performance goals and operational plans
Maintain and implement organizational policies and procedures
Oversee client satisfaction
Oversee CPAH’s website and social media
Assist the President with financial management
Other relevant duties as assigned
Scheduling & Compensation
CPAH’s standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Competitive salary with excellent benefits. Starting salary range: $60,000 - $65,000.

A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a nonprofit administrator or financial manager
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, bookkeeping and grant management
Knowledge of affordable housing and real estate
Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, analytical and strategic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks
Must possess a passion for CPAH’s mission
