ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CLASS PROGRAMMING , Alumni Association , to report to and work with the director of Class Programming to develop engagement strategies and provide class officer support for classes that are 11-25 years out from graduation. Will manage reunions and mini-reunions and work closely with class volunteers to build community and increase class communications; coordinate the Tech Reunions marketing campaign, registration packet creation, and the Tech Reunions registration area; and hire student workers for Tech Reunions.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; three years' experience in alumni relations, annual fund, marketing, or public relations in a university or nonprofit setting; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills; initiative; detail orientation; and proficiency with PCs and standard applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, FileMaker, and PowerPoint. Must be able to determine goals and set priorities; handle diverse tasks concurrently; recruit, motivate, train, and manage volunteers; and work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment. Marketing or public relations skills would be helpful to job performance, as would knowledge of Advance Web. Job #17931-7
