BANNER HEALTH, one of the country’s premier, nonprofit health care networks and BANNER MEDICAL GROUP (BMG), Banner Health's employed physician group, with more than 1,500 physicians and advance practice providers, is seeking a skilled clinician to join our interdisciplinary team providing primarily inpatient care and some clinic coverage within Banner Health's busiest palliative care program (currently seeing over 400 consultations a year in a 378-bed facility).
This well-established program enjoys strong support from our medical staff and facility leadership. This position represents a unique opportunity to help develop and lead Banner’s Hospice Program within the Northern Colorado market and surrounding communities.
Details and qualifications include:
Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred
Fellowship training preferred, opened to newly trained grads
Background in primary care (FM/IM/Geriatrics) with Palliative Care experience
Excellent communication skills, team player
Desire to participate in community outreach efforts
Monday thru Friday schedule w/flexibility working four 10-hour days
