The Florida Dental Association is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and friendly Membership Coordinator to help us strengthen our relationship with members. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of actively seeking to engage members primarily through daily outbound calls and other outreach efforts. This position will assist with processing member applications, dues billing and member inquiries. A qualified candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, professional demeanor, ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member; self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. Experience in membership and an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
