This role serves as the primary administrator for sector and learning community based student activities within the MBA program. This includes the Social Impact MBA, Health Sector Management (HSM) MBA, and various career or industry focused communities. Handle all daily administrative activity including scheduling, correspondence/communications, events, purchasing, accounts payable, student matters, and budgeting/reconciliation. Work directly with various faculty directors, community leads, Graduate Center staff, Feld staff, students, and various support offices within Questrom and BU to ensure a positive experience for those involved in the different program community initiatives.

B.S./B.A. required, demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize, and multitask detailed work in a busy work environment, excellent communication skills, including the ability to deal with a diverse group of individuals (faculty, staff, alumni and students), expertise with MS Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), attention to detail and a flexible approach to the working environment. One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting and including experience with tracking detailed budgets and/or event logistics.
