The Department of Management in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an expected start date of August 2020. Successful candidates will conduct research and teach in an area of OB/HR. We seek colleagues with potential for excellent research who can contribute to our Management programs at the undergraduate, MBA, and PhD levels, as well as other areas as appropriate. We are particularly interested in individuals who are strong organizational citizens and interested in being active members of a rich academic community. Minimum Required Qualifications Requires completion of a Ph.D. by August 2020 in OB/HR or a related field, and a demonstrated ability to publish in top tier management journals (AMR, AMJ, ASQ, JAP, JoM, PPsych, Org Sci, SMJ).
