How you can make an impact?
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee group benefit and compensation plans, including technical support and monitoring the plans. You will also take a lead role in reporting benefits and compensation metrics. This includes:
Participating in salary surveys
Providing guidance on salary rates
Performing market pricing
Administering a job classification system
Assisting with the annual open enrollment process
Administering leave of absence policies (e.g. FMLA, ADA)
Processing invoices and monitoring vendor interfaces
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in Total Rewards – specifically with compensation, benefits, HRIS and reporting.
Strong analytical, research, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word and advanced Excel skills required.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred; or equivalent experience. PHR or CEBS are also preferred.
