1) At least five years of quantitative research experience in an academic, nonprofit, or business setting.
2) Relevant education may be substituted for work experience.
3) Statistical analysis: software packages such as Stata, SPSS, or R; predictive modeling; survey design; policy evaluation; network analysis.
4) Programming and âœbig dataâ: experience with scripting and analysis in Python; interest in large datasets and unstructured data; data warehousing; automation; web services; SQL.
â‹6) Subject matter expertise: organizational behavior; institutional design and incentive structures; the challenges of nonprofit management.
7) Office productivity software: experience with (or willingness to learn) the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
