Our association management company is seeking a Manager, Membership and Registration Services to work with three of our local professional association clients. This individual is responsible for client membership; customer service and registrar duties, including client database administration and membership communications; serving as registrar for association programs and events, and serving as staff liaison for membership related committees, as assigned.
Our Manager, Membership and Registration Services attends educational and networking events to support programming and member engagement. We are looking for an individual who appreciates working within a close staff team and has the skills necessary to cultivate a welcoming environment for our members.
Three - five years’ work experience as well as an interest in working with volunteers and developing a career in association management is required. Candidates should have proven experience and proficiency with office technology and be comfortable working with various Microsoft Office products at a minimum. The Manager, Membership and Registration Services should be flexible, organized, detail oriented, and have strong written, verbal, computer and customer service skills. Accuracy and strong attention to detail is a must for this position.
