This position organizes, coordinates and provides the administrative support for the projects and work of the Director of Medical Affairs (DMA) and other executive staff. The project coordinator position manages activities and projects for ongoing Board of Directors committees and task forces, and related external organizational relations. The Administrative Project Coordinator:
Manages activities for a wide scope of projects generally related to the areas of medical affairs, and subspecialties.
Develops correspondence, procedures, and other documents and records. Document and material creation and preparation, general research, and other activities in support of department and Board of Director activities.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with external organizations to facilitate collaboration on assigned meetings, projects, and conference preparations.
Creates and maintains work plans and timelines in project management software.
Coordinates, provides support, and contributes to the creation of agendas and corresponding materials for Subboard and Committee business meetings.
Organizes and provides administrative support for Coalition meetings via conference call; participates in completing project work of the Coalition; contributes to the development of agenda and corresponding meeting materials.
Staffs onsite Oral Exam administrations and additional meetings as assigned.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous work supporting a Board of Directors and providing administrative and project assistance to the C-Suite.
Advanced MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. (A 45 minute assessment will be required in advance of any interviews.)
Familiarity with a medical or health care terminology is a plus.
