Job Summary: Under the supervision of UCD Foundation Treasurer, provide high-level project management and committee reporting support for the Audit Committee (5-7 members) and Finance Investment Committee (20-25 members) of the UC Davis Foundation Board. Work closely with the Vice Chancellor's office to coordinate committee events in conjunction with Board activities. Provide consultative support and skillful customer service to address questions and create positive outcomes for Board trustees and advisors. Work closely with the Foundation Treasurer, Foundation Controller to develop and monitor operation budget for the Foundation.
Physical Demands: Work at a personal computer for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds for short distances.
Work Environment: Restricted vacation during peak workload periods.
Work overtime, occasional weekends on short notice.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience establishing and following processes requiring strict attention to detail, monitoring, and follow up.
Proven skills in effectively organizing and managing workload, setting priorities and strict adherence to multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Experience in effective verbal and written communication, including email, with theskills to convey complex details clearly and concisely.
Experience to manage needs/expectations of multiple constituencies simultaneously. Skills to follow through on tasks despite heavy workload, frequent interruptions and distractions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Strong political acumen, knowledge of protocol and decorum to represent the Foundation and the Treasurer in interactions with multiple diverse constituencies. Effective interpersonal skills to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with a wide range of individuals.
Experience working in an environment maintaining confidentiality and working with sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience and/or education in finance, accounting or related field. Advanced PowerPoint skills.
