Meeting Logistics Management including hotel selection, contract negotiation assistance, hotel room management, event registration.
Manage all aspects of event product to include AV, catering, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and on-site event logistics for all CE courses, including the annual session, board, educator, and other regional meetings
Education Program Management including managing speaker course paperwork, electronic agenda books, create evaluation surveys, provide support to program chairs, CE division directors and participate in education committee planning conference calls as directed by the Director.
Accreditation Administration including maintaining accurate files for compliance within ADA-CERP and AGD-Pace guidelines for all CE programs and manage process for ADA-CERP approval of ACP sections and Prosthodontic Forum organizations
2+ years of experience in meeting planning and education program development, preferably in a nonprofit organization or professional association.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated tact working with high level executives and board of directors.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent organizational verbal and written communications skills.
